Johns Lake Produces for Bass Pro Shops Customer Appreciation Winner
Hi Captain Tony summers here, talk to you live from Central Florida area, just north of west Orlando. Today had the pleasure of the taking out Tommy and Ron McManus today.
They were recipients of customer appreciation night at Bass Pro Shops in Orlando and they won a free guided trip with Bass Online I was there guide. We had a really good day for our 4 hour half day trip, we used mostly live-bait and some artificial lures. We had 16 or 17 bass today, the largest being the first one of the day which was just over 6 pounds, 6.3 ounces really good now, surprisingly fishing is staying pretty consistent.
So the rain has had the fish scattered out a bit because water columns are sort of mixing together. All this rain and this ground water which mixes with the hot water that we have in our lakes right now with the combination of the outside air temps its almost 100 degrees. So the fish are getting a little finicky, but the fish are still biting!
